Base - $7mm through January 2030 (six seasons), Elko pays $6.5mm to walk away decreasing each year; A&M pays 75% of remainder of contract to fire him
Incentives: Natty - $3.5mm, CFP Championship - $2.5mm, win the SEC or advance to quarters - $1.5mm
Make SEC title game - $100k
Natty Coach of year - $100k
Assistant pool - $11mm
