An underrated part about this Mizzou season is how it got better as the season went on. At that point, it could’ve just been a plucky team about to come down to earth. Instead, the second half of the regular season included four wins over SEC teams by an average of 26 points, throwing a scare into Georgia and pulling out the Florida game, the kind of game very good teams find a way to win. And this is a very good team.
