FOOTBALL RECRUITING GA takes position at FSU

Missouri offensive graduate assistant Cooper Williams officially began his position as the assistant offensive line coach at Florida State. Williams worked with the offensive line coaches at Missouri under Brandon Jones and helped recruit a handful of prospects, having a reach to the Southeast.

Right before the Early Signing Period, Williams offered Class of 2025 offensive tackle Chastan Brown, who was previously committed to UCF before coach Gus Malzahn departed for Florida State. Brown told MizzouToday in December he was taking his decision into February and that Georgia Tech was making the best impression. Williams also was the Tigers' point of contact for Class of 2026 four-star Grant Wise, but nothing ever materialized other than a few direct messages.

Class of 2027 offensive tackle Terrance Warren III announced an offer from Missouri on Tuesday. He didn't tag a coach in his social media post.

Non-Rivals100 sophomores will receive ratings in February, so as more underclassmen are receiving offers, don't be discouraged by a lack of rating. Warren is currently listed at 6-foot-5, 330 pounds.

Updated notes:

Terrance Warren III measured out at 6-foot-5, 330 pounds as a sophomore, drawing the attention of Power Four teams across the country. Missouri joined his growing recruitment Wednesday.

The Class of 2027 talked with program about how he can develop on and off the field in the Tigers' system, and while his size is off the charts for his age, he has a crucial offseason ahead of him to boost his momentum in his recruitment.

"It's been a great feeling to see coaches are actual paying attention to my hard work that I put in," said Warren, who has no leader in his recruitment.
