Mizzou last year developed a reputation as a steady and smart team that doesn’t beat itself. That’s carried over into 2024, rightly or wrongly. It’s ironic to hear Mizzou fans all over the team for penalties, etc. (rightfully so) while the national media praises the team for never beating itself.

I guess it just shows how little they follow non-blue bloods, or all but 2-3 teams.
