1 Gig Internet Service?

So I have my Internet Service with AT&T Fiber. I am paying for 1Gig service, their top plan. When running a speed test these are my results. I am no tech guy, but I thought I should see numbers like the first ones here? What gives? Is AT&T providing the service I am paying for, or are they ripping me off?
