If this class pans out perfectly then Gates’ first 2 classes have the potential to be a REALLY good group that seems to check all the boxes.

Keep on bringing in 1 year guys until the above core group is ready to step into each role. The only thing that we don’t know about Gates is how many of “his guys” will decide to transfer in the new era. But the way he brings in talent it might not even matter
