Comparatively speaking, is 2016 considered a down year for in-state HS football talent? After review of Rivals 250, only 1 Missouri kid made the list. Would love some perspective from anyone in the know, with relation to previous years talent levels or overall Missouri in-state ratings in general. Thx in advance.
