I'm an offseason junkie. Doesn't matter the sport, the front office work has always fascinated me. The MLB winter meetings is the best offseason event for any sport in my opinion. It will be interesting to see how things unfold, and if the changes to the CBA effect the moves made, especially for smaller market teams.
Right now, it sounds like the Nationals are trying to win the offseason by acquiring Sale AND McCutchen. The Royals are at a crossroads and could greatly impact what happens for a number of teams.
Hopefully the landscape of baseball is significantly different this time next week. Should be fun!
