But the 24 race is starting . in the last couple weeks there has been a lot of smoke about Youngkin running. Of those most often talked about I think he as others I've heard is helped if Trump runs.
There are several who will be seen as trying to be Trump in the primaries if Trump runs or not . Youngjin will provide a new a different choice. He's conservative but affable as in the Reagan mold. Telegenic and most of all rich. Unlike Trump, Younkin has liquid asserts that he doesn't mind spending. 20 mil on the Virginia race. He proved his lane worked. With Trump running and 2 or 3 vying to be as tough as Trump in style. Younhkin would be a live horse in the race.
He's term limited as Governor and right now it seems 24 is a great time to run as a Republican.

Then our hapless dead man walking poor old Joe. He truly is a Dead Man walking . As noted he never had any real fans. He was and is an empty suit that dems thought would be the way to beat Trump and that part worked.
But now he has 88% of the country thinking he is driving into the ditch. He is loathed by Republicans and independents has lost Latino and Black super majority approval and now has both mainstream and progressives pissed. I look for him to quit, but either way he is done, stick the fork in him.
