1) Go back to the old Special Teams coaching approach; divide them up between staff. Find a new non-coaching role for Hill or let him go.
2) Walter’s can’t coach the entire secondary. He should only coach safeties. Hire best DB coach available.
3) FIND A LONG SNAPPER!!!
