Katherine Kubler-Ross defined the 5 stages of death as
1.Denial
2.Anger
3.Bargaining
4.Depression
5.Acceptance
I would say most Mizzou Basketball fans are moving down toward acceptance. In reality I like Kim Anderson but feel he was a mediocre hire similar to Frank Haith. But you must ask yourself even if we had Greg Marshall or any other high profile coach what could he do now to change the situation. Answer recruit better players and develop those on his roster. Yes I was sad to J3 go but lets face it He had significant flaws in his game(free throw shooting/left hand dependent)
I now sure anger, bargaining or demanding a coaching change at this juncture will help the situation. We must let it play out like it did with football with the only hope our current administration (Lofton and Rhodes) will not let this plunge into the depths of the bottom of the SEC will last forever. My suggestion is the best way to send a message become a fan in absentia-don't renew your season tickets or go to games until they put a reasonable product on the court. I made the mistake of renewing forever in football only leaving myself frustrated every fall.
In the meantime relish our other programs that are succeeding. I suggest girls bball will turn around with the infusion of Sophie Cunningham and Cierra Porter. Go Tigers!
