1. We have an offense that struggles to execute so let's go as fast as we can???
2. We have a defense that simply struggles to stop anyone and we chose to have an offensive scheme that guarantees our defense will be on the field 60-67% of the payable game minutes.
3. HCBO loves his locker room. But on the field they lack discipline, concentration, and playing as a team.
4. We had a 3,000 yard passer, 1,000 yard receiver and a 1,000 yard running back and a HUGE abundance of returning talent on Offense and We are exactly what we were last year.
5. The narrative after the first two games was we had the pieces to compete and it will get fixed, then all of a sudden it is a big rebuild?
6. Comments like "We had a really great practices this week and great meetings. Got alot of things fixed." Then they take the field and give us more of the same garbage from the previous week.
7. Players that come off the bench and contribute at a high level seem to disappear the next game as in they rarely or never see the field. Example Rashad Brandon has the best game of any player on the defensive line against MO st. He does not see the field against SC. Larry Roundtree is the large running back replacement for Crocket (large running back) who has been banged up. And yet we use LITTLE Ish on short 3rd down conversions.
8. The same 22 guys make the same mistakes over and over and still we trot them onto the field. If the team is this bad and we are going to take our lumps then give the young guys some experience. At least when we get embarrassed we can chalk it up to youth and inexperience.
