I did a scan today of where prognosticators, pundits, and polls have us listed. Some pretty interesting perceptions.

It is pretty straightforward, but Dari Nowkhah and some dude named Burdor of all people love Mizzou.

Football

50th on the Jeff Sagrin CPU rankings. Texas at 29th is the highest ranked 5-5 team. FSU at 3-6 is ranked 34th. Purdue at 4-6 checks in at 46th.

55th on the Massey Ratings which is an aggregate is most all indexes and polls (110 sites covered in total). The highest we were rated was 20th in the Burdorfratings. You can go here at look at his ratings http://burdorfratings.com/college-ratings.html a couple of other top 30 ratings, but mostly 50-70 range. The lowest we were ranked was 80th on Soren Sorenston's site. http://www.phys.utk.edu/sorensen/ranking/

In terms of power rankings in the conference in ( )'s is the bias/source of the ratings.

ESPN: 10th
Saturdays Down South: 9th
Fan Sided: 9th
Gridironnow: 9th
SEC Rant: 9th
Arm Chair All-Americans: 10th
All For Tennessee (UT): 8th
Red and Black (UGA): Tier 3 with UK, USCe and Us
SEC Country: 7th (this was done by Dari who said this list was based upon today and not the body of their work)
For Whom the Cowbell Tolls (MSU): 9th
Tiger Droppings (LSU): 10th
Garnet and Black (USCe): 9th
Dawg Nation (UGA): 9th

Bonus Hoops numbers:

Jeff Sagarin has us at 41st
Kenpom has us at 69th (up from 80th preseason)
