Lots of talk about him wanting to emphasize big guys and he has excellent ability to coach up a big guys, etc....

A possible flaw in today's college game is that there are no big guys. First the NBA gets em, then the Blue Bloods, then the next tier like Michigan State types, then we are fighting with 20 schools.

We can certainly recruit for and find high quality guards and forwards b/c there are so many of them....lots and lots of 6'1" to 6'6" to find your type of guy and find your fit and skill.

But big guys not so much...these JUCO bigs are not good at all on tape and I think should be ignored as there is no time to develop them. No time at all. Go for the athletic, reasonably smart, great feet high school bigs that are not yet skilled and let Anderson train them up. We should be fine with guards and forwards over time......add in the local elite player or two plus a bevy of big guys being trained and you might have something.

I would consider have 2-3 project bigs at all times....if its not working transfer them out to play somewhere else and get another one.

Sorry that was longer that anticipated....

The main point is I do not like the recruitment of the JUCO bigs at all....low odds it will work
