On June 3, the top brass at the FBI met with Trump’s attorneys and served him with a subpoena for the highly classified documents in his possession, along with personally asking for the documents back.
Why didn’t Trump give them back, and what possible justification is there for him ignoring the subpoena?
Edit: he didn’t ignore the subpoena. He lied to the FBI when responding to it.
