Each week I take a look at the potential outcomes of the upcoming game on an absurd level a lot of the assumptions will be based on the Kentucky v. Vanderbilt

1. We bounce back from a tough loss and beat a tough Kentucky team on the road and bring our record to 2-0 on the road in SEC East play.

2. Although the Transitive property does not work in football through 6 games Kentucky is averaging almost 5.8 yds a carry on 26 carries a game. No threat of a running QB in this game (Devin Leary 12 car for -48 yds). I think our D gets back in form and keep Kentucky to under 100 yds rushing. Davis is a handfull but I think we handle the rushing game well in this one.

3. Devin Leary has a season passing % of 54.8 on an average of 28 attempts a game. He has thrown 5 INTs on the season so far. This is a perfect opportunity for our defense to bounce back. I think we keep Leary under 230 yds. Robinson,Brown, Key are the primary rec threats but Davis out the backfield has amassed 182yds on 13 rec for 4 TDs so far this season ( we cannot allow this guy to be a receiving threat)

4. While we are terrible with penalties in games it seems Kentucky may have a similar issues... in our game vs Vandy we had 9 penalties for 75 yards... Kentucky versus Vandy had 10 for 105... I say we get our stuff together and have fewer penalties than Kentucky

5. Kentucky has been making noise by having a solid D this year.. they have been opportunistic in pass coverage 6INTs on the year as well as forcing fumbles with 4 on the year.. Brady is fine and will continue dealing and start his new streak without a turnover Saturday. Brady will also deal for 300+ yds and 3 TDs through the air

6. 2 INTs doesn't matter who we need them to stem the defensive hate out here.. We also need to get to Leary with pressure. His stats show a less than mobile QB we have to sack him at least 3x.

7. On the season Kentucky rush D is keeping teams under 92 yds rushing per game and 1TD per game. We need to have Cody and Nate to end up with 140 yds rushing combined and 2 TDs.

8. Mevis rebounds and has a good showing and gets in the scoring with 3 FGs on the day.

9. Mizzou wins the takeaway battle versus this opportunistic Kentucky defense.

10. Mizzou is back in the AP Top 25 after winning this game 44- 23 in Lexington

11. No crazy thing happens in this game. Its a great rebound game and Mizzou becomes bowl eligible!!

As per usual this is for enjoyment and promoting conversation around the team. The opinions are mine and mine alone. Please enjoy and let the commenting begin.
