I don't know how or what needs to happen, but how they determine these targeting calls needs to be addressed in the offseason. In my opinion, he made a textbook tackle and I'm not sure there's I would suggest he do different. It was helmet to helmet but he didn't lead with his head. You would think that since these referees have replay, they would be able to determine if it was malicious or not. There has to be a better way to enforce this rule because every week players are thrown out due to it being any gray area on this call.
