It is reasonable to project that Mack Rhoades, in less than two full years on the job, will have hired a new head football coach, head baseball coach, head men's basketball coach, and head softball coach.
This thread is not about whether or not some of the above mentioned jobs should be open, but rather the very real possibility that Rhoades could be tasked with filling those four positions.
The question I raise for discussion is
Is it typical, atypical, unusual, rare, no big deal, etc etc that a person with less than 24 months on the job makes that many changes.
