The Smithsonian Channel has been highlighting the States in an hour long show for each over the past several months. Everything is an aerial view.
The show on Missouri is scheduled for 5/31 but will be repeated several times. If you go to the SC the promo for the show on Missouri is about MU and is very complimentary of the school.
From what I can tell there will be a segment on Mark Twain and probably then the Mississippi. Based on other shows they will highlight something like the Old Courthouse in St. L. and talk about the Dred Scott case. Probably something on either the Lake or Branson and maybe Truman's home. Usually talk about professional sports in the state.
They are typically well done and thought some might want to catch the show on Missouri. Kansas is coming up and I noticed there was something about violence in its history thus I am sure there will be something about the border conflict.
