The first few weeks of the season, I do not like to bet road teams. So you will see that trend.
Strong feelings:
@NW -3.5 vs Duke - NW is good, even if I think their coach is a jerk and dirty recruiter. They are the better team and they are at home. Vegas is saying this would be a pick em on a neutral field and I just don't get that.
@SC +10 vs GA - I think GA is over rated slightly and SC is under rated. For a home game SC feels it has to win to get its 2nd ever SEC CG appearance, 10 points is just too much. Close game, last one to score wins.
@Iowa -3.5 vs ISU - ISU is a solid team, but this line is not right. ISU has not played yet (rust) while Iowa dominated a very solid Northern Illinois team.
UK+14 @ Florida - I have no idea why this line is so high.
Others:
@kSU +9 Miss St - Just seems like a lot of points to give on the road.
@Mich -28 vs WM - I think Harbaugh bullies a bad team and runs up the score. Mich defense is legit and the offense is not as bad as it looked versus ND.
@Central Michigan -5.5 vs kU - This is going to be a blow out. CMU has beat major conference teams before (MSUx3, Indiana). kU goes to their house, its gonna be a party.
BSU +34.5 @ ND - ND wins easily, but has enough of a let down after the big Mich win that allows Ball St to cover
Colorado +3.5 @ Nubs - Just a hunch based on Nubs having not played yet. Too rusty to get the win and Frost's coming out day is ruined.
UCF - I think I will just bet on them for the foreseable future. Amazing QB and I doubt Huepel is gonna play nice against lots of overmatched teams.
@CSU +13.5 vs Arky - Elevation, Arky is not a good team, I'll take the points and assume Arky can't cover.
@Pitt +8.5 vs PSU - I'll take little brother at home, plus the jury is still out on how good PSU really is.
Late Night Special: @BSU -31.5 vs UCONN - Boise St is not that different than UCF (but less explosive) and UCONN is terrible and travelling a long way for a blue blood bath.
