In the US under Biden there is no doubt his controllers have moved the needle the farthest left it has ever been in a US administration. The results of thr 2020 election brought a president in name only with an administration running a Bernie Sanders agenda . Across the policy landscape the democrats lurched left.
The two main tenets were open border immigration policy and a far left green agenda. It dovetailed nicely to the longtime socialist governments of the EU. They had forced open border immigration on their population and made an artificial hardship on their population due to the green religion.

Now people on the continent have had enough and it seems so has much of the US.
The media in Europe refers to any political interruption of their preferred leftist policy as "the far right". Its as though sane people looking at what the green religion and open borders and very intrusive regulatory policies are "far right" . Isn't it sounding like the democrats here that have moved far left wanting to label anyone who would vote for Trump to stop this madness as "mega Maga Far Right Trumpist" . The left can't believe the majority of the people want off their crazy train. I think the EU elections that have the left in a panic widespread in Europe and Canada are likely a foreshadowing of a reset in the US.
