Another poll, idk why these keep popping up, BUT the last one got me thinking. So far 97% of the voters think this is a good hire and some people indicating this is a risk you need to take and if we fail we fail, but we gotta take the shot. So I'm legitimately curious; what do you all collectively think is a reasonable amount of time for this guy to get a shot at building his program.
