Mizzou has given up the most points in the SEC. It has scored the fewest points in the SEC. That's about as basic as you can get in explaining why things are where they are. To be fair, Vandy, Tennessee and South Carolina have played one more game than the Tigers, so in PPG they're actually 11th offensively.
