Basically Orrin Hatch went after the BCS/NCAA for not allowing teams a chance at National Championshipnmoney by unfairly dolling out and deciding who goes to what Bowl. Hatch called for an Investigation by the Justice Department. Indicating that the BCS/NCAA was not allowing teams to compete for bowl money.
MU received a punishment which was more severe for less violations than other Universities. This causes a financial hardship which is financially unfair. It’s time out Senators earn there keep and represent our State.
This is why now you see small undefeated teams in big bowl games now.
