My son has 2 rooms for rent in his condo in Columbia. It has a nice living room and kitchen, and pleasant screened in patio/porch. The development has an outdoor swimming pool, and it's right by the condo. I think he's been charging $450 per month, w/ utilities included. If that's not right, I'm sure he will correct me. He's 27 years old, loves Mizzou sports, and is an active member of the Crossing Church. He's a quiet roommate, and starting law school in a couple of weeks, so he'll be even quieter.
