Utah just voted to lower the BAC down from 0.8 to 0.5 for DUI. At the same time they are trying to attract more tourism dollars. Some wanted it reduced to 0.0
Sounds like a fun place to take a vacation, and get arrested for driving under the influence after drinking one glass of wine. Raise the BAC to 1.0, where it should be, and I will vacation there.
