This search is a disaster and many coaches will run from this job because of the circus surrounding the search. At what point do you let Brick Haley coach 2020 and try again next year?
On the surface it seems disastrous with recruiting, but let’s face it, we’re likely looking at another coaching search within five years the way this is headed.
I’m not calling for it yet and I know it’s an extreme move, but at this point our only option is to find a name and throw too much money at him.
