initial reactions:
-this is so ridiculous it can not possibly hold up in the court of law or appeals.
-the sanctions stink, but honestly the bowl ban is the only thing that truly matters. the other stuff, meh. can get over.
-i 99.99% think that the bowl ban will be overturned and sanctions lessened.
