Anyone hear his take on the game vs TX? I thought he was going to talk about OC leaving, or TX being more talented, and a disrespected team.....but his primary takeaway from the game was what the punter did which was only pin inside the ten 7-8 times maybe more. He said as a former OC himself, folks don't know how hard it is to navigate inside you're ten...much less multiple times. Said he'd never in all his years seen a punter impact the game like that kid did.

Despite that awful field position we were still in the game in the second half late. We were still in the game minus four in the turnover battle. Two fumbles were anomalies in that neither had happened during the season. Castillo snapping errantly was due, perhaps, to the cumulative stress of bad field position through the game.

Not an apologist, the team was not ready to play, and the field position was partially due to the offense being so impotent throughout the game. The secondary again put us behind with baffling missed assignments and penalties. Before the scoop and score I thought we were on the brink of tying the game and asserting ourselves. We can blame Odom all we want, but no team wins with negative four turnover margin. It's a disappointing game, but hardly defines the team or the season....too many strange occurrences you just chalk up as one of those things.....the punter was the MVP. Rest my case.
