I'm not sure a new stadium is possible so assuming it isn't, what would you do to improve the current stadium?

My suggestions
1. Concessions and adding beer. I think above all else, this would increase attendance w/least amount of work. If its legal that's another measure.
2. As opposed to developing the sidelines for fans, Id build up just behind home but would incorporate a canopy to shield the fans from the weather.
3. Lastly, figure out a way to make the outfield a hill and allow free seating where you can bring coolers.

With respect to the last point, not sure how one would do this as the practice fields are back there as is Devine Pavilion which all are at grade.

If the above increases attendance then you can expand capacity but Id not try and make it larger just more enjoyable.
