Wanted to give everyone a heads up so they don't get screwed over. Recently I purchased tickets from a PM poster. I sent the funds in return for the electronic tickets, and after sending the money via Zelle, the poster has disappeared and is not responding.
I initially didn't think much of it, but after checking into it further, I realized they created their account just a few days ago, and have advertised tickets under a few different phone numbers. At this point I'm 99% sure the money is gone and I'm not getting the tickets.
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to be careful purchasing tickets here, I'm certain they will try to do it to someone else. It's a shame because I've bought tickets a ton in the past on PM and always had a great experience. Giving it 24 hours before I let Gabe know just to be safe, hopefully he gets banned and doesn't do it again.
In the meantime, if anyone has any legitimate tickets for sale (looking for 4 in the lower level for A&M), shoot me a PM. I guess the silver lining is that if people are creating fake PM accounts to sell fake tickets, it means Mizzou basketball is officially back!!! 😂
