The other thread made me curious what the others on PM are consuming.
What's your beer of choice these days? I am on a Smithwicks kick and it is my go to beer right now. I've found that a red ale fits my taste best. I tried the IPA thing for a while but don't care for the hoppy taste. Bud Select is my favorite mass household beer.
My son and I are trying our hand at home brewing and last weekend cooked up five gallons of a red ale. It will be a few weeks before we know what we have as we are letting the yeast fermit. Anyone on PM tried the home brewing thing?
