I just finished reading a very interesting SI article entitled:
Belichick and Saban: The Stories Behind Football’s Most Powerful Friendship

https://www.si.com/nfl/2018/01/18/b...iendship-relationship-patriots-alabama-browns

This article is a great read and one I highly recommend you read it in its entirety.
The following is found late in the article under the heading:
MARCH 8, 2017 Tuscaloosa, Ala.
It seems while Belichick and Saban were together with the Browns they developed/"established what they called three “critical factors” for every position, the non-negotiable criteria players needed in order to perform the jobs coaches will ask of them. . . . Cornerbacks, for example, needed to be able to tackle, play the ball in the deep part of the field and play man-to-man. They added in height/weight/speed preferences: 6-feet, 180 pounds, run less than 4.5. “The greatest impact for me, even though we stayed friends for a long time, was systemically learning about evaluating personnel for four years,” Saban says."

Gabe, do you know if HCBO and MIZZOU have ESTABLISHED CRITICAL FACTORS FOR EVERY POSITION that they utilize during the recruiting process? If you do not know, can you please get the answer? Thank you for your great work and the information you give us.
