Important question to ponder...

If the NCAA waits too long to rule and thus pushes the bowl ban to next season, wouldn’t the players who will then be seniors in 2020-21 get the option to transfer without penalty just like the current class of seniors were allowed? Wouldn’t/shouldn’t that by definition be part of the ruling?
