Better Job: Nebraska or Arkansas?

After listening to @GabeD pod w the Arkansas dude, Im kind of torn on this.

Clearly easier to win at Nebraska, but does it's inherent obstacles to success (mainly recruiting base) make it a better job than Arkansas?
