We're three weeks into the 2016 college football season.
For all intents and purposes, the Big 12 has been eliminated from the College Football Playoffs.
Think about that for a moment. Conference play hasn't even started and the Big 12 doesn't have a viable candidate for the CFP.
OU - 2 losses
Texas - loss last night to Cal, will lose more
TCU - loss to Arkansas
Okie State - loss to Western Michigan
K-state - loss to Stanford
The only teams with an outside chance are Baylor and West Virginia. It's hard to imagine either of those teams going ubdefeated this season.
OU or Texas can make the CFP with one loss. All other Big 12 teams have to go undefeated.
