Even a coach in their halfsy ACC conference made the same comment.
It's about a 13th game, and the fact that ND gets special consideration. Their schedule is kinda hard but not really. The fact we play a 13th game and a conference championship game that makes or breaks our ship berth (and obviously has in the past) when ND has a bye week is the point.
