one thing that I haven't really felt in a long time was the thought on Saturday that on every offensive possession that we have the ability to actually score a touch down. I know this is far fetched but it reminded me a bit of the C Daniel days where you knew we would, or could, score on every possession. While we are years away from that, I'm starting to feel hopeful again, cause it's been a tough 15 months watching this team on O.
With Mauk behind center I'm white knuckles just hoping we can get close enough to maybe kick a field goal and just put a ton of faith in the defense to get turnovers and stops. It's nice to have that feeling again that our offense has the ability to create some havoc for some defenses, if not now, in the near future we should as we should be back to the offensive norms we're used to. Here's to hoping Pinkel gets it right and keeps Lock as his starter moving forward.
