I currently live in New Jersey and have considered taking an 'East Coast' regional food theme and opening a new franchise concept in Columbia.
I have my family doing some very early pre-work and investigation. I get the sense that downtown Columbia is going to see explosive growth over the next several years.
Anyone have a gage on the climate / opportunity within the diwntown area?
Just trying to get a sense if downtown really is full of potential as I think.
