Part of Chancellor Cartwright's 100 day address was the unveiling of two new scholarship programs.
I believe these items have been discussed on the board before -
Border State Scholarship - reduces out-of-state tuition for any resident of the states bordering Missouri by $2,500
Black & Gold Scholarship - for legacy out-of-state students with a 25 or 26 on the ACT a scholarship of $7,500 is offered. Out-of-state legacy students with an ACT of 27+ will continue to receive in-state tuition rates
