The more I think about this, the more I think it is the ultimate solution. Mizzou needs a reset with recruits. They need to know drastic change is coming. HCM can't go due to his buyout. If Sterk fires the staff, a guy like HCM may just make a stand and go with them. I hope he doesn't. My hope is that he starts over and Mizzou doubles down and spends big on relentless recruiters who can sell that reset. I cannot imagine this team doing the same thing for the next two years.
