My thoughts: It's obviously been a struggle with this new scheme. The players, it seems, probably weren't really on board with it at first. Maybe they still aren't all there. But the most important one is Harris and he's saying the right thing at this time: This is the scheme, it's not changing, so we better get on board and figure it out. Pretty good interview and some good insight from Harris here IMO.
