I'm sorry, but that isn't cheering. Taunting in football or basketball gets you a foul/flag. Why are we teaching our kids it's okay to get in someone's face? It's not.
And as soon as the girl from Trinity got into it with ESL, why isn't an ADULT in the middle of this? Why does another cheerleader have to try to rescue her?
