This was a sloppy, ugly, terrible, awful long game. But when your team wins, you kind of forget about all that. Missouri was 1-5. They are now 7-5. Are they perfect? No. Lots of problems and we saw a lot of them today. There may come a time to worry about those. This is not that time. Partly because Missouri has won six games in a row and is going bowling (Texas or Memphis is my guess) and partly because I've got Whataburger calling my name from downstairs.
Heck of a season. At the beginning of the year I picked 7-5 and said 7-5 would mark clear progress. It's not how anyone thought they'd get there, but that's what Mizzou did. So it's progress and a successful season.
