Tiger Mike Kelly interviewed CCM and he spoke about the usual stuff...
I found a few things interesting..
He said that he has had to install discipline first and foremost... said "lots of guys have been doing some extra running" for being late to tutors, etc. I thought that was weird based upon all the discipline we heard about from the KA camp.
He said they've been working on all offense... no defense at all yet, which he said is a first for him as head coach.
Said that his first meeting with Michael Porter, Sr was with their wives as well. They spoke for two hours and never mentioned MPJ at all.
And what surprised me the most, he said Tilmon will only be at Mizzou for two years if he continues working like he is working now. I'm not altogether that surprised that he would go to the NBA, I'm surprised that CCM said it like he did. He was emphatic about how hard JT is working.
Overall... CCM was very good... he will be a great ambassador for our university...
