Which is better and before I get a laugh at pro vs college I think the best college baseball teams are as good as most double A and some AAA . You have to think with more mature players in college and being in the same program for 2-3 years versus 2-3 months has to give them a big edge. I don't think the best team in college is always better than the best AAA team but I bet in a best of 5 they could beat a lot of AAA teams.
The biggest adjustment is the metal bats which I hate. It seems like you see a lot more college players going directly to the show than you did 20-25 years ago.. The talent in baseball in the SEC and Pac 12 is usually very good.
Thoughts? Just my opinion and not even close to an expert.
