Let's be honest... if a sport doesn't make money WTF are these people doing still playing sports? Please explain to me whose genius idea it was to have the football/basketball programs pay for the tennis team, gymnastics, volleyball, cross friggin' country, etc? And some of these people get scholarships? WTF? To run cross country? To swim and dive?

The reality is people pay A LOT of money to watch college basketball and football. It's a professional organization that pockets their employees what should be income. So instead of actually paying the people who generate the revenue they give it out so grown men/women can still play sports?

Sure they can still have a women's softball team or a men's baseball team but they shouldn't be funded by freeloading off of others. All sports that do not generate income should be club sports. Bottom line.

Even in a bad year Mizzou football brings in nearly $30 million dollars. So we have to continue to be average in football and basketball so we can have other sports? WTF?

Seriously, these college sports that don't make money need to go. To the people who will complain that they 'enjoy' going to swim and dive meets, women's softball, gymnastics, etc. it's seriously time you find something more productive to do in life then watch these types of sports. To the people who want to see their children run college cross country, play college volleyball, join the swim and dive team, etc. it's time to realize that high school is over and it's time for their children to grow up and stop costing others money.

There's plenty of money to find a new coach right underneath our noses. The answer is to get rid of all the freeloaders. If your feelings are hurt then you are a part of the problem. There is no logical reason on planet Earth that these programs should be stealing money from successful programs.
