He should ensure it's not an issue the way Pinkel's was and simply shave it entirely. That hairline/hair style cannot play well with today's recruits. Pinkel had the same problem until he shave that shit down to more of a buzz cut. Recruiting picked up pretty much instantly. Serious issue here.
