When Mizzou joined the SEC, we all thought it should be one of the top four programs in the league. Here are the cumulative records for each team in the league, along with average finish in the conference in parentheses, since the Tigers and A&M came in.

I did not use tiebreakers. If you tied for fourth with two other teams, I gave all a fourth place finish.

Many here will say, "But we had our three worst years ever so that slants it." And that's true. Take out the three years under Kim Anderson and Mizzou is 30-27 in SEC play with an average of fifth. Not great, but not bad.
