How much of your confidence in Sterk is what he did with Cuonzo? This search seems to be going extremely similar to the basketball search and in the end I was slightly disappointed in Martin until I heard about the Porter's. Crean was the guy I wanted an I believed he'd be the best coach. But I have confidence in Sterk because of thar search, it earned him some leaway I think with everyone. If he pulls something like that off again it will be a great hire.
